Asheville Roofers Inspects an old roof that requires replacement
During this roof inspection, I quickly realized how far gone this roof is and that it leaks in more than one area. You will see all the problems this roof is facing in the following pictures and videos
As you can see, a lot of moss is growing on the shingles and along the edge of the shingles, not to mention a bunch of debris. This needs to blow off at least once at the end of the fall. 
This chimney vent has no collar tie, letting in water in the areas marked by arrows.
