Problem areas on this roof

As you can see, a lot of moss is growing on the shingles and along the edge of the shingles, not to mention a bunch of debris. This needs to blow off at least once at the end of the fall. 

This chimney vent has no collar tie, letting in water in the areas marked by arrows.
