    Delaminated and missing shingle

    This area is missing a shingle due to delamination. Delamination is the process in which one shingle comes apart and breaks into 2 pieces. The top section and the bottom section

    More delamination

    More areas of delamination this is due to the high nailed nails.
    Here are a few pictures of the nails being too high

    Rusting nails are also signs of water under the shingles, and this is due to the missing shingle just above this area.
