Asheville roofing contractor fixes leaking roof

Once I got on the roof the first thing I noticed was that the leak inside the house was directly below a pipe boot. It was almost to obvious that this is where the leak was coming from. Once I got closer I could see how dry rotted the pipe boots were. There was almost nothing left of the rubber. The following is how we fixed these areas.
