New 6 inch gutters all the way around house

The sections of roof are very small but all the water during a rain pour off of these small  sections leading to a waterfall like effect landing on the lower shingle roof causing the roof to leak

you May be asking why we would go through the trouble of putting gutters on such a small area of the roof. Well the main reason is because all the water on the whole front roof drains off in these small areas. So when it rains good these small areas turn into a waterfall pouring down onto the lower roof causing the lower roof to leak. Adding gutters and downspouts will prevent this from happening.
