All new custom bent metal around all three skylights. This will keep all water from penetrating the roof, and it looks great.

All new flashing under windows at dormer. Thin aluminum flashing was removed as it was ugly and full of holes.

Ice and water protect against wicking water and ice in these low areas near gutters and drip edge.
